Allow user to subscribe to comment reply notification

    Great plugin and packed with many useful features. However I see it is missing one important feature, that is allowing users to subscribe to comment replay notification. Suggested feature include:
    – allow users to subscribe to all comments of a post
    – allow users to subscribe to replies of their comments.
    – an option to require email verification to subscribe to comment notification
    – a page for users to manage their subscriptions
