I have enabled Google ReCaptcha, the API key is correct and it’s loading the ReCaptcha on the configuration page.

However, I’m getting Allow Request List requests.

The Second Chance Captcha Challenge states that: “This option will override the email notification option above.”

I’m not sure what this means. Does the user have both options? Should I disable the Allow Request List in order to the user to get the ReCaptcha? Shouldn’t Recaptcha override Allow Request List?

Yes, I’m wondering the same thing. I’m still getting Allow Requests…

Captcha and allow list requests are two separate things. They are no mutually exclusive.

You should be able to turn off the allow list request and still see the same form with just the captcha. You should be able to turn off captcha and just show the allow list request and you should be able turn off both and just be rejected.

The mail notify is so that you get an email whenever someone fills out the request form. It does not affect the form display.

I think what OP and I want is to automatically allow users if they fill out an allow request form and succeed at the captcha.

If you turn on both captcha and the form, then this is what it should do.

I see, so would I still get an allow request if they don’t use the Captcha? -I’m trying to figure out why we got so many allow requests. Is there a simple way to see/preview the allow request page, I want to make sure the Captcha is working.
