    I use a VPN and cannot access my own website, even with my IP address added to the allow list. I’ve been trying all morning to get the allow list to work but I still can’t get in. I’m having to use my phone without a VPN just to access the admin area.

    Hi @angeljs,

    In general, the allow list should have worked fine; there are no known issues with it at the moment, nor during testing.

    Have you tried to rule out server cache? Please check if clearing the cache makes any difference or not.

    If you still notice the same, could you please share the screenshot of the block message what you get so that we could have a better idea?

    Also could you check the VPN IP in the logs under Defender > Firewalls > Logs and check for what specific reason it got blocked too?

    Thank you for your reply. The only way I could gain access was to use a different IP address, even though the one I wanted unblocking was in the allow list. I haven’t checked the logs as yet, but at least I’m back in.
