Allow Backend User to Skip Posting Moderation

Hello,

So i’ve created a new user for a social media assistant to post and edit the blog page on her own. I selected “Author” from the “Role” drop-down on her user details page. Right now, any post she creates, I have to moderate. Is there a way to skip this so what she posts is live immediately without my consent?

I don’t want to allow her access to edit any other pages on the rest of the site.
