Allocating privileges to a plugin

    Depending on the level a user has been allocated they can do/see certain parts of the admin, ok, I want to allocate a user a very low level but allow them the use of a plugin (posting jobs) but this plugin is only accessible to admin level.

    Is it possible to edit the plugin so that it can be access by anyone?
