I created a notification email in which all fields are displayed using {all_data}.

One of the fields is “Terms and Conditions” and is defined as a required field. This means the form is only submitted if the checkbox is checked. However, the notification email always displays ‘Rejected’ instead of “Accepted.”

When I display the {inputs.terms-n-condition} field individually in the notification email, it appears correctly. This seems to be a bug to me. Can you fix this? Thanks!

    Hello there,

We have checked the issue on our end, and it does not appear to be a bug, as the output displays properly in both shortcodes. Please refer to these screenshots for reference:

The issue might be site-specific. Since you are using a multilingual site, please confirm if you are using WPML translation for forms. If so, kindly check the output across different languages.

Additionally, please try creating a new fresh form, insert both shortcodes into the confirmation message, and check the output once again.

    Thank you!

    Hello Chinmoy,

Thanks for your answer. Did you test it on my site: https://rheumacura.ch/kontakt/?
I’m using “WPML” and “Multilingual Forms for Fluent Forms with WPML”.
I created a new form and insert it on https://rheumacura.ch/testseite/. Filled in all languages and got different values in all languages:

I also noticed, that some strings in the notification email are not translated.

    thanks for your help

    Hello there,

I tested both forms in both German and English. I received the same email output, with the only difference being the language.

I can see that “General terms and conditions of business” is showing as Declined, but there is also an additional line showing “Individually: Accepted”. I’m not sure yet where this additional section is coming from, so we’ll need to check your setup more closely and recreate the issue on our end.

Could you please send us a screenshot of the email notification template, making sure to blur any confidential information such as email addresses? Also, if possible, please send a screenshot of the form editor where all the fields are visible.

This will help us understand how the notification is configured and reproduce the issue properly.

    Thank you.

    Hello there,

I’ve checked again following your setup and couldn’t recreate it on our end. The shortcode rendered the data properly in the email notification. Please refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/xnSOJ_TdfW7d

Hence, it seems like a site-specific issue. Would you please make sure the plugins are updated to the latest version. Also, please try from a fresh form to check if the issue can be recreated.

Please let me know the update.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Every software on this site is on the actual version. I created a third time a new form (Testformular 2) and insert it on https://rheumacura.ch/testseite/:
    But the same result: https://app.screencast.com/Wcb2WjGgwQbEu

    1. label of field is not translated in all languages
    2. Display of value is still different
    3. Smart Tag {IP} is not diplayed

I don’t know the konfiguration of your Test. Did you use “Multilingual Forms for Fluent Forms with WPML“?
As i wrote before, I can give you credentials, if you show me a non public way to do this.
I also tested WPForms on another staging site. There, integration with WPML works much more smoothly and without errors. That’s a shame, because I had actually planned not to renew my Gravity Forms subscription later this year and to switch to FluentForms.

    Thanks
    Gerd

    Hello there,

    Thanks for the details.

Please do not share any confidential information, login credentials, or private access details here, as this is a public forum.

We tested this scenario using the “Multilingual Forms for Fluent Forms with WPML” plugin, but we could not recreate the issue on our end. Maybe we couldn’t set the scenario like you did in your site.

To isolate the cause, please create a staging copy of your site and test the same form with the multilingual plugins temporarily disabled. Please check the output using plain Fluent Forms only. This will help confirm whether the issue is coming from Fluent Forms itself or from the multilingual/translation layer.

Please let me know the update.

    Thank you!
