All Questions Gone

    According to my wp dashboard I have 352 total active quizzes and 2472 total active questions.
    Tonight, one of my users sent a message that the quiz she was answering wasn’t there.
    I logged in and went to QSM. Sure enough, there are 0 quizzes.
    It’s been several days since I upgraded to version 8.0.6
    Here’s some info from the QSM dashboard:

    PHP : 5.6.40
    MySQL : 5.7.39
    Webserver : Apache
    QSM Information
    Initial Version : 4.3.1
    Current Version : 8.0.6
    Total Quizzes : 366
    Total Active Quizzes : 352
    Total Questions : 2552
    Total Active Questions : 2472
    Total Results : 1540
    Total Active Results : 1528

    Can you help? It looks as though I’ll have to re-create all the quizzes. Please tell me there’s another option.

    Hi @pampro

    It is a bit hard to answer why you are experiencing this issue
    The best advice I can give is the standard fault finding and fixes.
    I first advise you to clear the cache and cookies. You can also try to reset your permalinks and try again.
    The issue could also be due to a theme or plugin conflict

    Themes:

    As a test, switch to a default theme such as twenty-twenty and see if this fixes it.

    Plugins:

    If that doesn’t work, also deactivate all plugins apart from QSM and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the error.
    If you cannot do this to your site (say because it is live) then use the ‘troubleshooting’ features of this plugin to let you test without affecting other users
