-deactivating ALL plugins temporarily to narrow down and possibly fix the problem. If the problem goes away, activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the culprit.
-switching to the default theme (“twentyten”) for a moment by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes. The idea is to force WordPress to fall back to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue.

Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting and deleting/renaming your WordPress .htaccess file. If that works, then try reading Using Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure again.

I’ve tried to change the Permalink to Default but it’s refusing. About the htaccess file, how can I do that? Thank you.

I went through everything but I can’t seems to get some things. I’m sorry I’m not a ‘guru’ in this aspect.
I checked for .htaccess in my Control Panel but can’t find anything. Pls help, I’m losing visitors.

Yes. I can access the File Manager from the Control Panel.
