All my plugins are gone

    All my plugins are gone. I don’t know why or how but I can’t even get jetpack or anything. When I go to plugins, there are none available and when I try to install a new one it says, “Installation failed: Could not create directory.”.
    Please help! I don’t know why this randomly happened. I was testing out new themes and then all of sudden they were just gone.
