All Links Wrong

All the links on my site, whether a category link, title link, permanent link, or whatever, are linking incorrectly, except–oddly–the “Edit” link. They all put my main URL first, and add the correct link after that, except for using one slash, instead of two, after http:. Here’s an example:

http://www.sassydevil.com/http:/www.sassydevil.com/category/uncategorized/

Can anyone help me fix it? Thanks!
