Hello – I’m getting an error when connecting to Jet Pack. Can you tell me which feature in WP All In One needs to be disabled to allow access?

    Thank you!

Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 404]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: http://jetpack.me/support/

Hi, start by disabling your Firewall settings and your Brute Force settings. See if that helps.

I am marking this thread as resolved. No reply in 4 months.

    Thank you

I had this same problem. The two settings I unchecked that finally allowed me to connect JetPack:
“Enable Basic Firewall Protection” & “Enable Pingback Protection”.

Not sure which one caused the error but this will hopefully help someone in the future.
