All Email Subscribers gone | WordPress.org

Hi,

I have been working on my latest wordpress.org post, editing only that post. After saving the draft, I went to my Jetback Stats, and saw 21 email subscribers, 2 more than yesterday, I clicked on the 21, to see who had joined, and the next page reported 0 email subscribers, I went back, and now Jetpack says I have 0 email subscribers? How can this happen?

Hi, Additionally when I “Show” the # of os subscribers in my Jetpack Site Stats widgets, I can see that I still have 21 subscribers. Also when I create and publish a new post, it appears subscribers are still getting the posts, and yet the Jetpack Stats say 0 Blog Subscribers. Any thoughts?

You seem to be asking about an issue with JetPack so you need to ask this question on the JetPack forum:

The staff from wordpress haev also just reverted saying this is a known wordpress issue:

which they are looking into asap to resolve.

I have also enquired with Jetpack just in case.

In fact it appears to have been corrected on my website.

From a quick glance in the JetPack forum it seems you weren’t the only one affected. It seems to be resolved now, at least mostly for many users.

This is why I write Subscribe2, I prefer to look after my own subscriber data rather than trusting another organisation.
