i am trying to add terms of service and privacy policy on the footer of my website but I want them to appear vertically – side by side. Could you please guide me on how to do that using Head & Footer plugin?

Sorry but this plugin does not change the footer of your theme, just adds code in the footer. Ask the theme author.
