Album Page Titles

Is there a way to change the default page title when viewing a Gallery from an Album link?

When I select a gallery from a regular page link in my navigation, I get the gallery title as the titles of the page, which is what I want.

However, when I click through to the gallery from the album page, I just get the title ‘Photos’ (which is the name of the album).

How can I change this?
