There are two formats for showing albums on the page – basic and extended. I use extended and it shows one row per gallery in the album with a title and an indicative image (chosen during gallery management). Clicking on a gallery shows that gallery (not multiple galleries) in your chosen format eg, basic thumbnails.
Thanks for the reply, I have changed to extended, but it still doesn’t do what I am looking for.
I need the page the Albums are on to show just albums.
So, Page 1 = Album 1, Album 2,
Click on Album 1, and you get Gallery A, Gallery B
Click on Album 2, and you get Gallery C, Gallery D
At the moment, on Page 1, it just shows
Gallery A, Gallery B, Gallery C, Gallery D
There is no mention of the Albums these galleries are in.
Am I missing something?
Thanks

Hi @richchubb,
I would be glad to help.
You will actually need to use 2 album layers for your construction instead of just Album + Gallery.
You will need to create parent albums and add the actual albums to those in order to achieve the needed result
Hope this helps,
Mihai
Hi Mihai, thanks for the reply
I still cannot get it to work.
I have a Parent Album called “North America”
Inside the Album I have 2 other albums called Canada and USA
Inside these albums are one gallery in each, but it doesn’t show the parent album.
See https://snapsandstories.com/photography/
Please help.
Thanks
Richard
Hi @richchubb,
Have you tried to create a container album called “photos” for example that will contain the “Americas” and “Europe” album?
Try that, remove any NextGen Gallery Place holder and re-insert your album display, use only the “photos” or main container album.
Please let us know if that worked for you.

That seems to have done it, thank you.
