    HI

    I’m using the free version of your plugin but the gallery is not loading.
    Following your advice on other support threads I have deactivated other plugins but the gallery still does not load.
    Please advise

    Hi,

    Ok, then it could be conflict with theme. I need to test it with the theme. Please tell me that you are using free version theme or premium version. Mean while I will test it with the free version of theme.
