Akismet Question

I put up a WordPress blog for a friend of mine a few months ago. He received a few comments, but was getting inundated by spam. I installed Akismet to handle the spam, and I think that its doing a great job, however, he in no longer getting comments on his blog posts and thinks that Akismet is the reason. How can I view what comments Akisment has blocked? I don’t see any way to tweak or configure Akisment, nor do I see anyway to view blocked comments.
