AJAX question

I’m trying to load the AJAX version of Contact Form 7 with minimal code in a custom template but am having no luck. This template only loads wp_head(), wp_footer() and jquery to make sure that there are no other possible conflicts.

Can you help me figure out what I’m doing wrong?
