Ajax not working with theme! HELP!

I’m putting a rotating quote widget in this site but the ajax isn’t working.. I’ve troublshooted the problem down to the theme, as it works in other wordpress versions and other themes. So im positive that there is some bad code in there that is breaking the ajax in the side bar. I’m not a coder and don’t know any php so could some genuis help me out please?
