    This is empty, meaning your server returned a “blank page”.

    Could you try this with debug mode on, please?

    Thanks for coming back to me.

    Activating WP Debug Mode gives us a message :

    Translation don’t match templates. Run synch to update file.dot

    Synch gives the same Unknown error …

    So with debug enabled you still get nothing between the -8<- --- snippet in the console? It’s very strange to get the dreaded “blank page” when debugging is enabled.

    Can you please look for errors in your log files?

    Also, can you post the raw Ajax response with headers and body.
