ok this is going to sound so stuped but i dont get how to put up a theme.
i go to the edit theme page and junk but idk how to do it.

if any one could help i would love it?!?!?!?!?!?1

the themes are uploaded into your themes folder within the wp-content directory.
To “turn on” a theme, go to the admin dashboard, and presentation to select a theme from the installed themes.
Now if you are talking about creating a theme from scratch, that is another thing all in it self.

how do you save files in your wp-content directory
and where is it?

Have you ever used ftp? Or a filemanager in your webhost’s cpanel?
