Agent: Not using Redirection

Hi there,

I installed redirection to redirect two old links (that I had on Wix) to new links I have created for this new WP site.

The reason for which I haven’t created the same link in the first place is that Wix manages multilingual website with the “country prefix” at the beginning on the URL (es.pattygajaschi.com) while in my WP site (or better in the case Divi builder/theme) this option is not available (so I decided to to rename the URL and make them more appropriate to the content).

Anyway, when I try to redirect this link

https://es.pattygajaschi.com/yin-yoga-teacher-training-spanish

to this one

https://pattygajaschi.com/certificacion-de-yin-yoga-espanol/

I get an alert message saying that the “it will be converted to a server redirect” (which I have no idea what means).

Also when I check the status of the redirect, I get another message (with a yellow mark) saying:

Found: 500
Agent: Not using Redirection
Cannot connect to the server to determine the redirect status.

Does anyone know what all this means? Any help / steps on how I can fix these redirects and make them properly work?
