    Hi wordpress forum.

After updating our Woocommerce our website broke down. First of lets have a look, at the categories:

    http://severinsenracing.dk/produkt-kategori/atv-2/
This category is set to only show undercategories and not the products but anyway then it shows some products and using the standard woocommerce design? We do have a CSS overwriting with the wordpress theme.

    Next problem:
When you click on one of the products it redirects you to the frontpage view but the url for the product. I have never seen this before and hope you can help me figure this out?

I have updated the templates files in the theme to the new ones and still didnt work. Any suggestions how to fix this? Really need it badly now 🙂

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello again

No one ever experienced this problem? Still got the problem with no subcategories shown on the product page, but it shown the exact amount of products which fit the amount of subcategories.

Product links still redirects to frontpage.

And if i set it to show both products and categories the pagenation doesnt work. It shows the same page when i change page.

    Still not solved :/

    Hi @yupsdk,

This category is set to only show undercategories and not the products but anyway then it shows some products and using the standard woocommerce design? We do have a CSS overwriting with the wordpress theme.

This might be your theme? What happens if you switch to a default theme, do subcategories show up?

When you click on one of the products it redirects you to the frontpage view but the url for the product. I have never seen this before and hope you can help me figure this out?

Can you try going to Settings > Permalinks and saving them again? I am also curious if switching a theme might fix this problem as well.

If a default theme doesn’t fix this, can you try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce to see if that helps?

If that still doesn’t help, send us your System Status report from WooCommerce > Status.

    Hi @mikeyarce

It solves the problem to switch to a default theme. What could the problem be in my theme then? Am i missing some files or stuff like that?

It solves both problems to switch to default.

It’s hard to say what exactly in your theme is at fault, as it could be anything/anywhere. This is something you will need to contact the theme authors about.

    Anyone else experienced this?

    Hi @yupsdk,

If it’s not the templates on your site, it might be something else doing an override. Maybe try installing something like Query Monitor (https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/) to see what template that page is loading or if it has any other errors.
