We’re really sorry to hear that Media Sweep didn’t work as expected for you.
A scan stalling for that long usually indicates that something on the site is blocking the process. such as limited server resources or a security plugin preventing access to certain database tables. Under normal conditions, Media Sweep completes scans in minutes.
