After installing integration plugin, what's next?

Having installed the get response integration plugin, i’m puzzled. There is an icon on my post editing page which says, ‘add web form’. When I click on it, it says no webforms.
I have 20 or more created web forms in my get response account. How do I use or create a web form for my wordpress blog?
