I tested one starter design and edited it a bit. Just wondering, after the pages are imported, does the plugin need to stay active for future edits or only for importing new templates?

    Hey @blaze30!

Great question — and totally understandable to wonder about this!

The short answer: The Starter Templates plugin only needs to be active when you’re importing templates. Once the import is done, it’s not required for your day-to-day editing.

    Here’s a quick breakdown:

    – Plugin needed: When importing a new starter template
    – Plugin needed: If you want to browse and import additional templates in the future
    – Plugin NOT needed: For editing your existing pages in the block editor or Elementor
    – Plugin NOT needed: For your website to function normally after import

That said, we generally recommend keeping the plugin active because:
    1. It’s lightweight and won’t slow your site down
    2. You’ll always have quick access to import more templates whenever you need them
    3. Future updates may bring new templates or improvements you’d want to use

So feel free to keep building and editing your site — you’re all set!

If you run into anything else, don’t hesitate to ask. Happy to help!

    With Regards

    Hi @blaze30

It’s been some time since my last response, and we haven’t heard back from you. I’m assuming the issue has been resolved or that you’ve reached out elsewhere.

I’m marking this thread as Resolved due to inactivity. If you need further assistance with this plugin, feel free to start a new thread, and we’ll be happy to help.
