    Hello,
    Firstly I wanted to say thank you! for creating such an amazing looking tool. potentially super useful too…

    Few problems arise once installed and activated without making any changes it’s now showing “(optional)” on required fields and there is no where to correct that additionally there is mixed languages now, I’m using WPML.

    Please advice on what to do?

    I have removed cache & disabled other plugins *(all up to date), there is no errors, all seems to load normally with “required” and “*” but once page is fully loaded the fields change into “(optional)”, btw I’m using “Flatsome” theme.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, Thanks for using our checkout field editor plugin. When you are adding our plugin for the first time to your website, you need to press the save changes button on our plugin settings page before checking the checkout page. Regarding the query monitor issue, we will check with Flatsome theme and update changes on the next version if there is any issue.

    Hello Sanesh,

    Thank you for the fast response,

    I did “press the save changes” but the text “(optional)” is still there and I couldn’t find a way to translate it using WPML, went through all of the settings one at a time, nothing like “(optional)” exist to translate, not even when scanned the whole website 🙁

    Would you please suggest how to translate it? or how to remove it if nothing else?

    Btw that would be amazing if you would work with Flatsome to get the “Query Monitor” log fixed.

    And btw you are absolutely right, after doing some more checking and clearing .htaccess and reinstalling your plugin then clicking few times “save changes” the “required” fields come back to normal, besides the ones where it’s actually is optional it says “(optional)” without a way to translate it or remove it… Query Monitor log is the same as it was before. so it seems like something with the plugin and the theme.

    Ok I found a fix for the missing translation. once again thank you for your time and for making such a beautiful plugin!

    Hi, you can translate the optional string from WPML string translation. The domain will be woocommerce. Also you can hide this optional string using simple CSS style , based on your theme, like .form-row label .optional { display: none; }
