    I tried the tool for free now, then I will buy it later, I installed the affilate one and activate it, and when I add a marketer everything is good and work, but when someone buys through this marketer’s link, the commission does not appear on his account and also not appear on my dashboard of the site
    Can you help me to find out the error?

    Hello there,
    thank you for contacting us and hope you are doing well!

    We use a WP cookie that takes the data from the link of the affiliate, do you have any plugins that changes the behavior of the WP cookies?

    Also, could you try deactivating all the plugins except Affiliates and Woocommerce and then activating 1 by 1 to see which could be the problem?
