Hey everybody, stumbled into the next problem – console keeps showing me the error
Uncaught ReferenceError: aepc_pixel is not defined at (index):1336

Pixel ID is connected and works find from the admin, can’t understand why this error keeps coming up on the front-end? Any help appreciated. thanks

I am having the exact same issue as you had recently.

I am also getting the same error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: aepc_pixel is not defined

@basilyando we are getting the same error. What did you do to resolve it?
I’m thinking it may be a caching issue or a JS deferring issue.

@clickingclients @danimestre @itmjlee so, I just cleared cache couple of times on the website and reconnected connected in PixelCaffeine settings and enabled/disabled js deferred function. I think it was connected with Cache.

I have the same problem, but honestly I don’t know what to do, I tried to delete the cahce but nothing. what should I do in your opinion?

firstly, thanks @basilyando for sharing your solution.

For all: are you using any plugin for cache and/or defer JS? If yes, which one? I will verify if the plugin defer correctly the pixel caffeine scripts.

If you are using WP Fastest Cache, please give a check into this topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/pixel-does-not-work-when-eliminating-render-blocking-javascript/

Also, in the last version of Pixel Caffeine I added a fix for WP Rocket, so if you are using this plugin, please be sure you have the latest version of Pixel Caffeine and WP Rocket.
