I am new to Woo. I have a non-profit association that requires membership.

The fees are collected and redistributed.

The advice I seek is on how to set up Woo Commerce to have 3 membership levels. Just simple stuff, tshirts etc. Maybe this should be a product group for each level. As a side note I have created a variable product but even if I have unchecked “manage inventory” the item still says out of stock.

    Does anyone have any advice?

    1 tshirt (size)
    1 a car decal

You also need to manually switch the stock status to ‘in stock’ after unchecking that.

Thanks for the tip on the variable product.

What I have decided to do was create a downloadable voucher for the user to bring to a location to redeem it for the items they get at their membership level. We are a nonprofit and don’t want to add the overhead of shipping. Plus this way people can try on the tee shirt for size and not worry about returning it etc.

Low tech solutions sometimes are the best 🙂
