Advice needed for 'User' blog

    I want to create a blog where people can submit content (after I’ve ‘approved’ the post). I don’t want to run a forum!!

    A good example of what i want would be something like this;

    http://www.hotukdeals.com/
    hotukdeals dot com

    What pulggin do I need to do this?
