Advanced votingsystem (pollsystem)?

2 different “codes” to put asunder and make it easier and see who voted.

You can send in their votes on these codes are correct. If they do not match together so it will not go , you get an error message. These are stored in the Admin and show [ YES ] [ NO ] [ MAY ] so you can glean who voted what

Why the question comes is because I sit in a club, Sometimes I’d like to do a little poll , but for that matter does not have 400 registered on the website.

I want to control it with the house number + unique code in order to vote , hope it gives a different picture of what I mean.
Example:
House: 260 ( as a unique user name )
Code: 1267 ( a code that works only on the current poll )
Buttons that say : [ YES ] [ NO ] [ MAY ]

You should be able to vote one time so the code is used so you should get message ” This code has already voted .” Everything should be sparars in admin and you should be able to pick out the list on the ” It was 150 pcs YES and 75 pcs NO”

I think you know what I think. Anyone know if there is a similar plugin ?
