    When am trying to create an description template for custom posts on SEO -> Titles & Metas -> i type %%cf_<custom-field-name>%% with the custom post name like %%cf_<description-name>%% and when i save it it appears only this %%cf_%% without the custom field name. The custom field created with acf.
