    Ping, Conflicts & Reset are pretty self explanatory but can you give a little guidance as to (if and or when) Flush Rewrite Rules, and Clearing Post and Term Caches would be needed?

    Hi, those can resolve issues when sitemaps are not working or display wrong (or old) information. None of the tools should really be needed in normal operation.
