Is there a plugin, where I get more options when editing an image inside the TinyMCE editor? It should especially have a GUI for adding a border.

Not sure of that specifically – generally borders are added using CSS. But this plugin adds a lot to the editor:

Sadly nothing to the image editor.

I don’t think anything like that exists – like I said, adding borders to images is basic CSS –
