Hi chillycausemo,
Thanks for illustrating this issue with the video. When you open the inspector of your browser, does it show any errors in the console?
Are there any script or ad blockers enabled in your browser?
Best regards,
Joachim
Yes Schmidt25 thanks for your help in advanced, there are no javascript or ad blockers active and these are the errors I am receiving
7 errors “Refused to execute script from ‘<URL>’ because its MIME type (‘image/gif’) is not executable” errors (with various details)
“load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,regenerator-runtime,wp-polyfill,wp-hooks&ver=5.9.3:2 Uncaught ReferenceError: advads_ad_health_maybe_remove_list is not defined
2 errors ‘admin.php:1’ “Uncaught (in promise)”
‘index.js:1’ “Uncaught (in promise)”
Can anyone please tell me what these mean?
Can you please share a link to your website?
You could post the link here, for example.
the website address is https://thephoenixparadigm.com/ apologies for responding late and again thank you both
Hello, just wondering if anyone had the chance to check out thephoenixparadigm.com and see what issues I am having please. I would greatly appreciate the help
Hi chillycausemo,
Can you please navigate to Advanced Ads > Settings > General and activate the checkbox “Disable Ad Health and other notices”?
Does this cause any change?
Yes! Yes it did Schmidt thank you! I can see the dashboard now and Advanced Ads is working now I just need to learn to use it!
Hi chillycausemo,
Brilliant, that this seems to work. The Ad Health notifications are not crucial and it is no limitation to manage ads without them.
However, since it usually works, I guess that there might be a conflict with one of your other plugins or your theme.
Which WordPress version is installed on your website?
Best regards,
Joachim
Good morning, I believe that it is the most recent version update to WordPress. I’ll double check when I get on front of my desk but I believe it’s the latest
Hi,
I think that you use the current version too.
Do you use any optimization or caching plugins that could break the backend?
Best regards,
Joachim
Hi,
No I do not remember intentionally downloading any of those kinds of plugins.
Hi,
Can you provide a list of your installed plugins? You could export such list, for example, using this plugin.
Best regards,
Joachim
