Adsense per author

Hi, i m trying to figure it out how to show adsense per author.My search trough plugins didnt find something good, or maybe i dont know for a proper plugin to do this.

Basically what i want is as i am the admin on my site, for other authors to have a plugin which would work like this. If the post is from author x, on author x´s post show adsense on preffered spot and that would be sidebar ?
