adsense

Im back with some more questions:(www.dtownsports.com hosted by godaddy.com using wordpress building)

I have my blog up and running, have the stats working, everything is looking good. Of course im taking a new step and trying to add adsnese adds and am again lost. I got the advertising manager plugin. I went to my adsense account, created the add, got the code and then went back to my dashboard. I went to my plug in, click add new, and copied the add code google gave me into the box and hit insert. This is where I get lost. It then goes to the settings. What am i supposed to put in the settings for my add to appear correctly? What are the before and after HTML codes? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
