Can you please provide a link to the exact plugin you are using to insert ads?
Does the issue occur just be having ezTOC active or does a TOC have to be inserted on the page for the ads not to display?

It took me a few minutes to disable all the “blockers” and block the anti ad blocker blocker on your site from affecting my browser so I could investigate…
It appears Ad Inserter has an option to to set filter priority. Not sure exactly what it will be called in its settings, but try setting it to 999999. I do not see any specific reason why these ezTOC would conflict, but perhaps setting Ad Inserter to run after ezTOC will correct the issue.

Ok, sorry, but I guess we’ll have to call this. ezTOC and the Ad Inserter plugin are not compatible and can not run together on the same page.
