Please always check the general functionality of your ad codes and the Advanced Ads plugin separately. You can use the dummy ad type to check if the plugin is working correctly and also your ad codes without Advanced Ads to check if they are appearing as expected.
Since you are also using the Advanced Ads Pro add-on on your website I want kindly ask you to reach out to our support.
