Hello, I have not altered the Administrator role, however when I create a new admin they do not have full capabilities, including access to the Plugins menu and Divi Theme Options. How can I get these capabilities back?

    Hi @fakeplastic

Could you go to WordPress Dashboard > Members > Roles table, click on Administrator role, and double-check that all capabilities are granted to that role? If they are, all new users with Administrator role should have access to all sections.

Thank you. I have already done this, which is why it makes no sense that the new Admin would not have access to the areas mentioned.

You can see the user is assigned the Administrator role. All of the template and plugin capabilities are assigned. In the last image you can see the Plugins admin menu is missing, as is the “Divi Theme Options” menu item, which should be the first thing in the Divi submenu.

Could you head to WordPress Dashboard > Members > Roles page, click on All tab, and send me the screenshot of all capabiliites Administrator role has?
