Admin>Apperance>Menus issues

I can’t edit any menu options of items added to a menu. This means once an item is added I have no way to delete it, change it’s name or do anything but move it around and change it’s location. There are no arrows, or links to open the options drop down window. Here’s what’s odd: There are 2 of 15 items that I can edit but no others and I see no reason why these are any different. Also, When I roll over a menu item, the text that is visible (menu name and type), jumps to the left like there’s a javascript error.
Here’s what I’ve tried already:
Reload WP Core
Disable all plugins
Use 2014 theme
Use 3 different browsers (I’m on Mac – used Chrome, Safari and also tried iPad) all showed the same problem menus.I have menu items that I’d like to delete but can’t. Please help.

Are you running any caching plugins, Cloudflare, anything of the sort?
Thanks for the advise. I deactivated all the plugins and still the problem exists. I have several domains and it’s happening across all my domains and admins.
Can you provide a link to the site?
Are these all installed on the same hosting service?
Also, you may want to try installing Firefox to see if that gives you a different result.
I just noticed something interesting. One of the sites has not had any WP updates since WordPress 3.5.1, and the menus are just fine.
http://www.cherionice.comThe sites I’ve updated to 4.2.2 are the ones with the menu problems.
http://www.freepaulfree.com
http://www.freecraigcesal.comI’m hosted at bluehost on a shared server. Not the greatest situation, but it’s suited my needs.
I tried firefox, same issue.
I’m pretty sure this is a caching issue. I would contact Bluehost to ensure that there’s no caching present on your account, and if so, see if they can flush it.
I’ve seen this exact issue in other sites, and clearing the caches on their hosting fixed it.
Things are getting stranger, another site on my server, http://www.vidivent.com, the menus are working fine with 4.2.2.
Another thing I noticed on the sites with the broken menus, the WP left side admin navigation none of the rollover menus work right.
On the site with the menus editing that work so does the WP admin rollovers.
Again, it looks like javascript errors of some sort on the broken ones.
Yep, definitely the old Javascript is being cached.
You could try this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/busted/
Thank you for your help I really appreciate it. Just tried Busted on one of the sites. No luck.
