Admin_menu accordion

I am trying to create personal Plugin/Child Theme. Any ideas on:

How can I remove URL from admin menu item? By clicking on menu item I want to expand submenus, and only go to URL after clicking submenu items.

In simple words: When I click Posts, I want submenus just to expand , and only after clicking New Article – go to the page.
