Admin widget panel appearance

    after downloading the 3.8 version of wordpress update my widget area on admin panel changed drasticly. the sidebars used to be vertically listed on the right side so that i wouldnt need to scroll all the way down on my widgets ,

    i couldnt find any info about it but now it looks like this

    is it possible to change it to the old appeareace?
