Admin warning messages after uninstalling the plugin

I installed Hummingbird. Ran some performance tests. Uninstalled the plugin. Now seeing warning messages in my admin.

Warning disappears when I reinstall the plugin. I don’t need to actually activate the plugin. Just reinstalling is enough to make the warning messages disappear.

This is a big disappointment. The site is planned to go live tomorrow.

I am not advanced enough to edit my config.php file.

Please provide an elegant solution to clean this up. Thank you.
