admin tool bar and password problem

    I am facing problem from last 10 days, i google for problem solution,try to find out on wordpress if any have this issue but some of them find but not resolve. The problem is

    Suddenly i got a problem my admin tool cannot show while i am on my website, in profile it is click, my password cannot saved in though its correct but every time i put correct user and pass and it show again and again login page. i disable all plugin, then delete all plugin, but problem not resolve. change even themes but still problem is not resolving . change password through phpmyadmin. Even that theme was working perfectly but suddenly these problems occurs. Kindly help me.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    As i read all your comments regarding these issue so i did all, i deactivate plugins do one by one, at once and then activate one by one. Then even delete all plugins, change themes.. but still did not get any solution. can you please further guide me what else i should do. Thanks Esmi, looking forward to help me to solve these issues

    Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    let me ask you.. do you mean that i should upload wordpress files only to extract and upload ? except wp-content folder !

    can you guide me step by step since i am not that much expert in word press sort of things.. so connecting through filezila, then go to public_html and then delete all folder except wp-content or what should i do..

    Download a fresh copy of WordPress.
    Extract the wordpress folder and open it.
    FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-admin and wp-includes folders.
    Upload fresh copies of the wp-admin and wp-includes folders.

    unfortuently the problem still not resolved the way you instructed i have done.. but problem not solved same as it was… i have one option and if you can.. i can give you my user and password so you can check the problem if possible ….

    OK – let’s try something a little more radical.
    FTP into your site & delete everything except the wp-content folder and the wp-config.php & .htaccess files
    Then upload fresh copies of everything except the wp-content folder.

    i am scare a bit since not that much experience but you credibility is knows everybody.. so i am confident to give you my user and password.. i know its sort of stupid to ask you.. but i am scared of something more if goes wrong. so feeling even bit guilty to ask you like this question ! i am sorry don’t mind from last 10 days its really suck !

    With the greatest respect, I am only happy to accept login details from my commercial clients. And I would strongly advise you not to give out your login details to someone who happened to respond to you on a public forum. Bottom line: you don’t know who you are allowing into your site.

    As long as you stay away from the wp-content folder and the wp-config.php & .htaccess files, you’ll be fine,. If you are worried, download copies of wp-content, wp-config.php & the .htaccess file to somewhere safe on your computer before you begin deleting anything.

    You can do this. 🙂

    Thanks a lot ! Yes i am aware about.. but i would do this if you say yes to me so my plan was to send you on your email. but let me try hope i will do and will update you in couple of minutes.. but let me ask you.. should i delete everything under publlic_htm file or the entire site except the three file you mention
