when I tried to login earlier today, I was told my password didn’t work. So after 2-3 tries I asked to reset the password. After I did that, I was able to login, but now it seems it doesn’t recognize me. i am allowed to log in to admin, but none of my stuuf is there, except as noted earlier

disable all plugins, change to default theme, log out then log in again.

OK, but how do i disable plugins and change themes without the use of my admin page?

Hi,

Check with these options:

-> Disable all the plugins and enable it one by one to find out the culprit
-> Change the theme to default to ruled out theme level issues.
-> Upgrade your wordpress to the latest version

you use your ftp client.
