I understand “after visiting the frontend, the admin side panel in the backend is not clickable”. Is this correct?
To learn more about this issue and a possible error message, please visit the development console of your browser and share visible error messages if possible.
Please also share a link to your page. This would be helpful investigating the reported behavior.

Thank you for your reply.
First, set up any theme in your WordPress installation.
Next, add the Advanced Ads plugin.
After that, open your theme on a mobile device and navigate from the frontend to the backend using the admin toolbar.
Then, try to access the side panel from the three dots at the top.
If it doesn’t open, please let me know.
You can also replicate the issue after deactivating the Advanced Ads plugin.

thanks for the detailed reply.
I checked this using different standard themes, the Chrome, and Safari browser on the latest IOS and the Chrome browser on Android 14. It was always possible to access the side panel and its buttons.
Can you please provide more details about the browser, device and operating system you’re using?
Have you tried a different browser already?
