Admin Panel Error After WordPress 4.0 Update Help Please

Okay I had my wordpress running fine until i chose to update it automatically to 4.0. I downloaded a plugin called unavailable so i could take it offline and do a bit of changes. Now after installing that plugin and activating ite verything was working great until i chose to update to 4.0. While the automatic update was starting it changed screen and went to the homepage where you can see the plugin that i installed message. I tried to login back to admin panel using

That doesn’t work instead it takes me to the homepage where the ativated plugin message can be seen. I know the homepage is still there it is nothing major of a problem but can someone please help so i can get the admin panel back in order to login I know i might have to use ftp to mabe login and delete a file or modify something but i dnt know it ask for the hostname, password and port?
