admin panel broken

    Hello Dear friends

    When i install this plug after i cannot access to admin panel.
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_site_admin() in /home/rafiqzaid/zaidrafiqtrade.com/wp-content/plugins/diego-cox/domain-manager.php on line 14 coming
    How to solve this problem without cpanel.
    Please help me as soon as possible
